This is most vexing. Some of them are perfectly ordinary exchanges that have gone astray. But then there are these such things. I wonder if we might be able to complain to the LIEs program. They designed this network, did they not?
It seems very random. I simply fail to see the benefit to their program. Perhaps they are responsible. At the very least, it's something to do, though.
